Limit reservable Bandwidth Setting in Windows 8
Windows reserves certain amount of bandwidth for its application – operation purposes. By configuring setting in Group Policy, you can limit reservable bandwidth.
- go to run and type gpedit.msc and Enter to open the Local Group Policy Editor.
- Computer Configuration – Administrative – Network – Qos Packet Scheduler
- click Limit reservable bandwidth – Enable it and make it 0%
