Limit reservable Bandwidth Setting in Windows 8

Windows reserves certain amount of bandwidth for its application – operation purposes. By configuring setting in Group Policy, you can limit reservable bandwidth.

  • go to run and type gpedit.msc and Enter to open the Local Group Policy Editor.

  • Computer Configuration – Administrative – Network – Qos Packet Scheduler
